Name or password is incorrect on B2B server portal

Dear Expert,

We have B2B web Methods Integration Server version 4.6 on Windows NT system. Its integrated with SAP ECC 6.0 system.

We have created one user SAPBC in ECC production system and maintained this user id in B2B portal.

Also created one RFC connection with using SAPBC program,

We have recently changed the SAPBC user id password on ECC production and now when we have check the connection on B2B portal; it’s get error message - Name or password is incorrect

RFC connection tested is OK

Could someone please help to resolve the issue
