Transporting TPM partner individually via CTS+

Hello Experts,

We have a situation below :
Project 1 is working on TPM who has partners AAA, BBB, CCC in scope.
Project 2 is working on TPM who has partners PPP, QQQ, RR in scope.

With the current export / import mechanism of moving partners, all the
partners are moved accross the landscape even though only Project 1 has
to go live.

We need to limit and move only the partners for example in Project 1
only accross the Q and P systems.

We have around 400 partners ( and increasing ) in scope accross all
projects and it is impossible to maintain these partners manually
without impacting other partners.

Do you know of a solution to transport via CTS+
