B2B Addon for PO 7.4

Hello Experts,

I would like to know if B2B Addon has to be separately installed on a PO 7.4 system or does it come with the package? If it has to be downloaded separately, I would like to know the download path. Because when I checked on SMP, I found just a .tpz and an .SCA which is hardly few MBs. I was not confident if that is actually the installer file.
