ERROR IN Sender SFTP Channel

Hi All,

SFTP sender channel is not picking file from server but in channel log it is giving a log stating " Directory under file path 3 returned{1}. These include directories and links" No files found .

Although SFTP server has the file placed at defined directory, And the Folder Permission is 777

any idea please help me
