Function Ack 997 for EDI 810 Outbound Flow

Dear Team,

We have a requirement to set up a Outbound EDI interfaces with an external partner

Our SAP PI system is having the latest version of SAP PI B2B Add-on(SP04)

The interface has been set up and we are able to deliver the Invoice EDI 810 file to the external partner

But the Functional Acknowledgement 997 being sent from the partner is not reflecting the status properly in PI monitoring screens.

In the 997 message if AK09 = A then in PI monitoring should show the status of acknowledgement as green, if it is R then it should show as Red.

Can you please provide pointers on how to fix this issue. We have many such Outbound flows for which we are expecting to receive func acks from partner and the status in PI monitoring should reflect properly.
