IDOC_AEE Adapter ABAP System configuration

Hi Team,

For ECC to PO Scenario , IDOC_AAE Configuration , We have the PORT and RFC Destination created at ECC end. But, in order to create partner Profile we need to have a partner .

Basis is saying that JAVA System (PO Single stack) can't be represented configured as logical system in ECC. Is it the case ? if so, could you please let me know how I can go here ?
