How to pass username and password while sending order to sender as2

Hope you are doing well.

currently we are woking on B2B on PO 7.4. Here we wanted to know how to pass username and password while sending order to As2 sender channel from thirdparty. by default we are using path like http://hostname:port/AS2 . in adding we also add username and password to this url. is it possible?

if not please guide us how to pass those.
